Commercial/shops/restaurants

Comfort cooling systems for shops and restaurants consisting of wall mounted cassettes or ducted systems fed by external compressors using either VRF or split systems. We can cover installation, maintenance and servicing. All of these at competitive prices.

Data Comms/server rooms/telecoms

SR Air Condition Services can supply and maintain large or small data comms, computer and telecoms cooling equipment. These can be large downflow units (left) either DX or Chilled Water right down to smaller wall mounted split units depending on the size of installation.

Small business/offices

We supply any number of solutions such as ceiling based cassettes for use with a false ceiling.

An under ceiling version is available where no void is available.

Wall or floor mounted units are also available and are accessible and cost effective.

Domestic

We can supply cooling for one room, the whole house, or an entire heating and cooling system.

There are government grants offering reduced VAT as an incentive for people to move to this more efficient and cost effective new technology.

What qualifies for the lower rates of VAT?

Installation of air-source heat pumps.

You can only get these lower rates if the energy saving materials are actually installed, and the work is done on your home. You'll be charged the lower rate on the installation work itself as well as the materials.

You'll also get the lower rate on any necessary extra work that needs to be done as part of the installation - this doesn't apply if you're having them installed as part of a larger project such as a new roof or building an extension.
